These terms cover the use of this website, operated by Quick Jungle. By browsing the site you accept them; they are short on purpose.

The texts and photographs on this site belong to Quick Jungle unless stated otherwise. Personal, non-commercial viewing is what the site is for; republishing our material commercially requires our written consent.

We keep the site truthful, but details like prices, hours and availability can change before the page does. The figure or time you rely on is always the one confirmed with us directly.

Kids sessions and supervision
Jungle Kids is coached directly by our team, but a parent or guardian must remain on site for the full session and is responsible for signing the child in and out at the front desk.
One-to-one coaching bookings
Private coaching sessions are booked directly with the coach and paid for at the time of booking. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations may forfeit the session.
Class capacity and waitlists
Classes are capped at 14 people to keep coaching quality high. When a class is full, booking it puts you on a waitlist and you are notified automatically if a spot opens up.
Guest passes and referrals
Guest passes let a member bring a friend to try a class at no charge, limited to one visit per guest. Referral perks, where offered, are credited after the referred person completes their first paid month.
Freezing a membership
Need to pause for travel or injury? Email us and we will freeze your membership for up to two months a year with no charge during the freeze, then resume billing automatically when it ends.
Liability for personal items
We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the changing area. Use a locker where available and keep valuables with you during class.
Membership and cancellation
Memberships are no-contract and can be cancelled at any time — email us and it stops at the end of the current billing period. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Class booking and no-shows
Book a class slot online up to 48 hours ahead. Repeated no-shows on booked slots may mean a temporary hold on booking ahead, so you can still drop in but not reserve a spot others could have used.
Health and fitness responsibility
Classes are physical and intensity varies by session. You are responsible for telling a coach about any injury or condition before you start, and for working within your own limits during the session.
Facility use
Equipment is shared — rack weights and wipe down benches after use. Persistent disregard for facility rules or other members can result in membership being paused or ended.
Pricing changes
Prices may change from time to time. Existing members are given at least 30 days' notice before any change takes effect on their plan.
