Privacy policy
This page explains what information Quick Jungle collects when you visit this site or write to us, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell or trade anything.
What we collect
The site itself stores no personal data. If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we receive what you chose to send — typically your name, your address for correspondence, and the content of your message.
Purposes
Your details are used for exactly one thing: answering you and handling whatever you asked about. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for, and we do not share your details with advertisers.
Cookies on this site
We run no trackers. One browser setting is saved locally — the fact that you dismissed our notice — and deleting it simply brings the notice back.
Third parties
No third party receives your details from us — not for marketing, not for "partnerships", not in aggregate. The only exception is a lawful order we cannot refuse.
Storage periods
We keep your messages while the conversation is live and delete them when it is over, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.
What you can ask of us
You can ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@quickjungle.com and we will act on it promptly after confirming it is really you asking.
Keeping it safe
What little we hold is stored on access-controlled systems and is not accessible to anyone outside the business.
Contact about privacy
Questions about this policy or about your data go to hello@quickjungle.com. This policy applies to the site operated by Quick Jungle.
Cookies and this site
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies of its own. The only thing stored in your browser is a small flag remembering that you closed the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every page.
Marketing emails
We do not send marketing emails unless you specifically opt in when you join, and every message includes a one-click way to stop. Booking a class or a membership does not sign you up for anything beyond that booking.
Who can see your record
Only the coaching team and whoever handles billing can see your membership record. There is no external sales team and no data broker relationship of any kind.
How long we keep it
Membership and payment records are kept for the length of your membership plus a standard bookkeeping period after you leave, then deleted unless a legal reason requires longer.
Membership and booking data
When you sign up for a membership or book a class, we hold your name, contact details, and payment reference for that membership. This is used to run your account and let you into classes, not for anything else.
Photos in classes
We sometimes take photos during group sessions for our own records or, with your OK, for the site and social pages. Tell any coach if you would rather not appear in a shot that might be used publicly.
Health information you share
If you tell a coach about an injury or condition so a class can be adapted safely, that note stays with the coaching team and is not shared beyond what is needed to keep you training safely.
Website logs
Our server keeps a basic technical log of visits — IP address, browser type, pages viewed — for a short period to catch abuse and fix errors. This is not linked to your name unless you have also written to us.
Under-18 members
Jungle Kids sessions collect a parent or guardian's contact details, not the child's own account. A parent signs up and stays the point of contact for anything related to that class.
