- Refund and Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging, including all accessories (such as tags, hang tags, accessories) to ensure that they are resalable.
Special orders, clearance items and some promotional items are not accepted for return. - Return Procedure
If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:
Contact Customer Service
Email us or call us with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
Prepare the Return Package
Prepare the items you want to return and make sure they are safe and undamaged.
Place your order confirmation and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in the package.
Ship the item back
Send the item back using the shipping method of your choice. Please keep the shipping bill and tracking information to confirm the return.
- Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return item and confirm that it complies with the return form, the refund will be processed and refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If your refund is not processed as expected, please check with your bank or credit card company, the refund processing may take some time.
The shipping cost of the return is at the customer’s expense if the item is defective or shipped incorrectly. - Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange the item (wrong size or color), we recommend that you return the original item and place a new order for the desired item after receiving the refund. - Defective or wrong item
